175cal (Healthy!) Cookie Dough


1 serving= 175 calories, 9g protein

1 can (2 C) Great Northern Beans- rinsed, drained, and dried- WELL!
1/8 C Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 C Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Small Bag of Reese's Pieces (or you can add in a few pieces per serving)
*Makes 6 servings

Steps:
1.  Blend all ingredients except for the Reese's Pieces in a food processor.  Don't forget to drain and dry your beans very well!
2.  Add the Reese's and mix in.  You can also use chocolate chips, but chocolate chips don't have protein like Reese's Pieces do!
3.  To enjoy one serving, scoop out 1/6 of the entire batch.  Put the rest in the refrigerator for later.  You can eat with apples, celery, strawberries, or go crazy and eat with crackers ;)
