145cal Cinnamon Rolls


4 rolls= 145 calories, 20g protein

1/3 C Egg Whites
1/8 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 pack Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)
Cinnamon and Splenda for garnish...the amount is up to you!

Steps:
1. Mix the egg whites and protein powder in a small bowl.
2. Spray a medium sized stovetop pan with cooking spray.  Turn on the burner to medium/high and let the pan get warm/hot.
3. Add the egg mixture to the hot pan. Leave it for about 3 minutes, or until you can flip it. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Place "bread" on a plate for about 10 minutes to cool off.
5. While it's cooling, mix the yogurt and pudding mix. Once cooled, spread this mixture on the bread and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar.
6. Wrap it up and cut into four equal parts.
7. Top with cream cheese or dip into cream cheese!
