Entire serving= 230 calories, 15g protein
3C Cauliflower (in pieces)
1 tbsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Salt
Olive Oil (I use a mist)
1/2 C of your favorite Pasta Sauce
Steps:
1. Place aluminum foil on a toaster oven pan/cookie sheet.
2. Spread apart cauliflower pieces and spray just a little bit of olive oil on top. Then sprinkle garlic salt to your liking.
3. Bake in toaster/oven for about 15 minutes or until browned and slightly crispy.
4. Take out and add parmesan cheese. Then place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
5. While cooking, heat up your pasta sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
6. Take out the cauliflower and immediately add the shredded cheese so it melts.
7. Let it cool down for a few minutes then dig right in!
