250cal Cheesy Breadsticks


12 breadsticks= 250 calories, 24g protein

Breadsticks:
1C Steamed Cauliflower
1/3C Egg Whites
1 tbsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
1/3C Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Light Butter
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

Dips:
1/4C Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
1 tbsp Ranch mixed with Walden Farms Calorie Free Ranch Dressing

Steps:
1.  Preheat oven to 450.
2.  Mist cookie sheet with olive oil then top with parchment paper.
3.  Grind steamed cauliflower in food processor until rice-like (as fine as you can get it!).
4.  Mix riced cauliflower with egg whites, garlic, oregano, and garlic salt.  
5.  Pour onto parchment paper and shape into a rectangle. NOTE: Try to make the "dough" as thin as possible without leaving any holes/areas without the mixture.
6.  Cook for about 20 minutes- the edges should be burnt.
7.  Heat butter in microwave for 10 seconds, then spread on top of dough.  Cover dough with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
8.  Place back in oven for about 2 minutes (until cheese is melted).
9.  Cut with a pizza cutter into 12 pieces.  Dip in "ranch" and pizza sauce :)
