230cal Taco Salad


Salad, crushed "tortilla chips", and sour cream= 230 calories, 

Salad:
2 ounces Ground Turkey
Taco Seasoning

2C Romaine Lettuce (shredded)
1 Roma Tomato (diced)
2 1/2 tbsp Refried Beans
2 tbsp Salsa
Jalepenos
*Notice I don't use any cheese...with all the other flavors, it's almost impossible to taste the cheese on this salad- so why waste calories?  I promise it won't make a difference!

"Tortilla Chips":
1/2 90 Calorie Flat Out Wrap
Cooking Spray

Sour Cream Dressing:
2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Light Sour Cream

Steps:
1.  Preheat oven to 350.
2.  Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Place flat wrap on it and spray both sides lightly with cooking spray.
3.  Cook in oven about 7-10 minutes (check on it!) or until crisp.
4. Take out and crush into small pieces.
5.  Cook your ground turkey on a skillet until brown.  Add taco seasoning as desired.
6.  In a salad bowl, add lettuce, tomato, beans, salsa, jalepenos, and ground turkey.
7.  Make your sour cream dressing by mixing the two together.
8.  Either add the crushed tortilla chips all at once, or as you eat :)
