80cal Soft Serve "Ice Cream"

Plain Soft Serve= 80 calories, 4g protein

You'll need a blender or food processor for this recipe :)
1/2 a FROZEN medium or small banana (cut into pieces when banana is ripe and put in a freezer bag to freeze in the fridge for at least 2 hours)
2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt (I use Dannon Light & Fit from Sam's Club)
2 tsp light maple syrup

Steps:
1.  Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor!

110cal Special K Protein Snack Bar
90cal Chewy Granola Bar (Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip is my favorite!)
90 cal (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge
90 cal (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Caramel Topping
