65cal Cheesecake


1 Cheesecake= 65 calories, 7.5g protein

3/4 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Egg Whites
1/2 C Splenda
2 tbsp Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)
8 Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafers

Topping:
A mix of sugar free strawberry jam and light whipped cream!

Steps: 
1.  Preheat oven to 350.
2.  Spray 8 cupcake tins in a cupcake pan with nonstick spray, then place 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom.
3.  Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
4.  Fill the 8 cupcake tins (try for an even amount) with the mixture.
5.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Let cool completely- then place in fridge.
6.  When you're ready to eat, mix a teaspoon of the jam with the whipped cream, and spread on top.
