80cal French Silk Pie

1/8 slice= 80 calories, 5.5g protein


You will need a blender or food processor for this recipe.
Crust:
15 Fat Free Pretzel Sticks
1 C Fiber One Cereal (Original)
1/8 C Splenda (or any sugar substitute)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 C Water

1st Layer:
1 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/8 C Sugar Free Chocolate Dry Pudding Mix
1/4 C Light Maple Syrup
1/8C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

2nd Layer:
1/4 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 C Cool Whip, Free
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 C Splenda



Topping:
Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
1/4 C Chocolate Cheerios- crushed

Steps:
1.  Preheat oven to 375.
2.  Blend dry crust ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Once ground up, mix water in and then pat the mixture on the bottom of a pan of your choice (Mine was 8 x 8 x 2).
3.  Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and hard.  Let cool in fridge.
4.  Mix the ingredients for the 1st layer together and spread on top of crust (once the crust is cool enough).
5.  Mix the ingredients for the 2nd layer together and spread on top of the 1st layer.
6.  Top with syrup and cheerios to make it look pretty :)
7.  Cut into equal 8 slices and enjoy!
