185cal Veggie Salad

1/4 batch= 185 calories, 10g protein

1/2 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 red onion
Can of olives
Can of your favorite beans (I chose garbanzo) 
Feta cheese (amount shown in directions)
Light Italian dressing (amount shown in directions)

Steps:
1. Cut up all the vegetables and put into a large bowl
2. Add olives and beans
3. Mix together (this is your large batch)
4. Scoop out 1/4 of the salad into a regular bowl and add 3 teaspoons of feta and 2 ounces of Italian dressing
5. Eat alone or with celery :)
