I am a fourth grade teacher, mother to a crazy golden retriever, and wife to an army officer. I love to run, and I LOVE to eat! I learned how to make high calorie meals/foods less caloric, which means you can eat more and not feel so guilty :). My goal is to provide you with yummy, easy meals/foods that won't be high in calories but will be high in protein to keep you full and satisfied.
