I love the way I feel after I eat a healthy meal. This was my breakfast one morning... Ambrosia salad. It's full of fruit, yogurt, and fiber one cereal. It was scrumptious, filling, and made me feel great afterwards! What's great about eating healthy most of the time (90% for me) is that you don't feel so bad when you splurge every once in a while. That night I had chocolate lasagna that my friend made. Just one... Enough to get a taste but not feel guilty afterwards!
