300cal Chicken Fingers and Sweet Potato Fries


5 Tenders and Fries = 300 calories, 30g protein

5oz Chicken Breast
1/3 Sweet Potato
1/2 C Rice Krispies
Olive Oil
Cooking Spray
Salt, pepper, other spices you'd like for chicken fingers (oregano, onion powder, etc.)

Dips:

Honey Mustard:
1 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Syrup

Ranch:
1 tsp Light Ranch mixed with Walden Farms Calorie Free Ranch

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 420.
2.  Cut sweet potato into long thin strips (like fries)
3.  Place aluminum foil on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.  Spread out sweet potato fries, mist with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and pepper.  These go in the oven for 20 minutes on one side, flip and bake 20 minutes on the other.
4.  Grind rice kris pies in a food processor.
5.  Cut chicken breast into strips and pat dry with paper towel.
6.  Once dry enough, dip into the rice krispies until all sides are coated.
7.  Place on another cookie sheet (with aluminum foil and cooking spray).  Cook for 30-35 minutes.
8.  Mix the ingredients for both dips and place in separate dipping bowls.
