Dip and Pita= 160 calories, 15g protein
1st Layer:
1/2 C Steamed Cauliflower
1 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 tsp Garlic
Sprinkle Chili Powder
2nd Layer:
1/4 C Pizza Sauce
3rd Layer:
1 1/2 tbsp Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
3 Slices Pepperoni Turkey (cut into small triangles)
Pita:
1/2 90 calorie Flat Out Wrap (cut into triangles)
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Add ingredients for the first layer into a food processor. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour this layer into an oven safe bowl.
4. Then pour the pizza sauce on top of the first layer and cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
5. Add third layer then cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Take out and let sit for 2 minutes before dipping with pita :)
