
6 Quesadilla Triangles + Dips = 300 calories, 35g protein
1 90 calorie Flat Out Wrap
4 oz Canned Chicken (or you can use Rotisserie Chicken)
2 tbsp Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 tsp Taco Seasoning
Jalepenos to cover one side of quesadilla
2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
2 tbsp Salsa
Steps:
1. Mix chicken in the taco seasoning and heat in microwave or on a skillet (with a little bit of cooking spray).
2. Lay out wrap and top with heated chicken, then cheese, then jalepenos. Don't worry if the cheese doesn't melt...you're about to put it on a skillet again.
3. Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray. Once hot enough, fold the wrap and place on skillet to brown one side, then turn and brown the other side.
4. Take of skillet and cut into 6 equal triangles.
5. Serve with salsa and sour cream!
