145cal Egg Salad



Entire bowl= 145 calories, 26g protein

4 Hard Boiled Eggs (yolk taken out)
1 tbsp Miracle Whip
1 tbsp Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp Dill Relish
1 tbsp Red Onion
Sprinkle of Taco Seasoning and Cajun Seasoning

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve on lettuce wraps, bread, or enjoy alone!
