"Noodles":
1 90 calorie Flat Out Wrap cut into strips
Alfredo Sauce:
1/2 C Cauliflower
2 tbsp Feta Cheese
2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/4 C Almond Milk
Oregano, salt, pepper
Crab:
1/4 C Imitation Crab Meat
1 tsp Garlic
Cooking Spray
Steps:
1. Heat a small skillet, add cooking spray and garlic right away. Heat garlic for about 1 minute, then add the crab meat. Heat crab meat for about 5 minutes.
2. Place cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, poke holes in plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes until tender.
3. Place all alfredo sauce ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy. The heated cauliflower will make the rest of the ingredients warm.
4. Mix together the noodles, crab meat, and alfredo sauce in a medium sized bowl.
