1 90 calorie Flat Out Wrap
1/3 C Egg Whites
2 tbsp Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese (your choice on flavor)
Cooking Spray
Steps:
1. Pre-prepare the quesadillas by spreading cheese across one side of flat wrap.
2. Heat a small round skillet to medium, add cooking spray, and wait until warm enough to cook your eggs like an omelet.
3. Pour egg whites in and cook like an omelet (~3 min. on each side).
4. Cut the omelet down the middle so you can place it on top of the cheese side of the flat wrap.
5. Fold the flat wrap over the cheese and egg side.
6. Heat a larger skillet (or use the same skillet but cut the flat wrap in half), add cooking spray, and brown both sides of the quesadilla (~3 min. on each side).
7. Cut the quesadilla into small triangles and serve with salsa.
