
6 Sticks = 200 calories, 20g protein
Bread:
1/2 Ripe Banana
1/2 Scoop Whey Protein
2 tbsp Quick Oats
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 C Egg Whites
1/8 C Splenda
Dip:
1 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 C Egg Whites
1 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine bread ingredients and mix well.
3. Grease bread pan (or any rectangle shaped pan) and pour mix in. It won't be very thick :)
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. While waiting, combine dip ingredients in a wide, narrow pan/Tupperware (to make it easy to dip bread).
6. When bread is finished let sit for 2 min. then cut into 6 columns. Use a spatula to take them out one by one.
7. Preheat griddle or pan (about 350 degrees).
8. When hot enough, dip each peice of bread and cook on pan until both sides are brown.
9. Top with options like cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar and serve with syrup :)
