1 bowl of Chef Salad (without dressing)= 200 calories, 18g protein
1 1/2 C Romaine Lettuce
1 Hard Boiled Egg (take out yolk)
2 tbsp Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 tbsp Turkey (bacon) Bits
1/2 Roma Tomato
1 oz. Rotisserie Chicken (shredded) or Canned Chicken
1 tbsp Red Onion
Dressing: I use a calorie free ranch dressing by Walden Farms mixed with 1tbsp hummus or 1tbsp salsa.
Steps:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Add dressing and enjoy :)
