2 Tacos and Hash Browns= 145 calories, 17g protein
1/3 C Egg Whites
1 1/2 tbsp Shredded Reduced Fat Cheese (Your choice on the flavor)
1/3 Sweet Potato
1/2 90 calorie Flat Out Wrap
1 tbsp Salsa
Steps:
1. Grate your sweet potato.
2. Heat a skillet, add cooking spray, add grated sweet potato, and continually flip until somewhat crispy/burnt. Take off heat when they are how you desire, and add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Clean skillet and heat again (not too hot this time!) to scramble your egg whites. Continually toss egg whites around to get the scrambled effect. Take off heat when cooked and immediately add cheese.
4. Top each breakfast taco with salsa!
