1 pancake= 100 calories, 10.5g protein
1/4 C Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Whey Protein (I like vanilla)
2 tsp Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Rolled Oats (Optional)
Topping: Peanut butter (included in calories)
Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a pourable bowl.
2. Spray your pan/griddle with nonstick spray and make sure it's pretty hot.
3. Pour out half the batter to make one pancake. If your pan is very hot it will cook very quickly...like within a minute! Flip to brown both sides.
4. Make your second pancake.
5. Top with peanut butter and light syrup (optional).
