40cal Protein Crepe



1 Crepe (plain)= 40 calories, 6g protein
1 Peanut Butter Banana Crepe = 100 calories, 8g protein

Crepe:
1/8 C Egg Whites
1 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
1/8 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 tbsp Splenda
Dash of Salt
Dash of Cinnamon

Steps:
1. Mix all crepe ingredients in a small bowl.
2.  Heat a small round pan and add non-stick spray.  Wait until hot.
3.  Pour crepe mixture (make sure it meets all edges, you might need to pick up pan and wiggle it around a little bit).
4.  Let the crepe sit until it bubbles.  Use a spatula to flip (be careful- make sure it's had enough time to cook!)
5.  Flip and brown the other side.
6.  Take off eat and put fruit/spread down the middle.  Fold both sides toward the middle, eat and enjoy!
