I honestly believe that 40 minutes of exercise a day has such a positive impact on my body and my mind. It keeps me in shape, so I don't completely have to start over (any of you runners out there know how hard it is to start from scratch). It turns a stressful day into a doable day. It makes me feel stronger every day. I also honestly believe it keeps my immune system healthier... It's been a while since I've been sick! I am determined to stick to this 40 minute a day lifestyle. Even when I'm in grad school ;)
