250cal Cali Rolls


2 California Rolls= 250 calories, 24g protein

1 90 Calorie Flat Out Wrap
1/3C Imitation Crab Meat
1 1/2oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
Avocado slices (long and thin)
Cucumber slices (long and thin)
Saracha Sauce

Rice:
1/2 C Steamed Cauliflower- should make about 2 tbsp of "riced" cauliflower 
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Salt

Steps: 
1.  Make your rice by grating the steamed cauliflower in a food processor, and adding salt, garlic salt, and pepper to your liking.
2.  Set aside and heat your crab in a skillet for about 5 minutes on a medium level.  I add some garlic to my skillet for a little extra flavor.
3.  Cut your wrap in half and start assembling the roll by adding all ingredients (equally) except for the saracha.  Try to keep it all on one side so you can roll it up.  Be careful about how much you put on each roll, too many ingredients will be difficult to roll up.
4.  Carefully roll up and cut into small sushi slices, then add saracha sauce on top.
5.  Serve with 2 tbsp of soy sauce for only 20 more calories! (I didn't have any at my house at the time)
